MilesMarket is a marketplace, not a bank. We provide the technology, the protected payment flow and a resolution center — so buyers and sellers can transact with confidence.
List or make an offer
Sellers publish miles or buyers send counter-offers. Prices are negotiable via our built-in offer system.
Secure payment
Buyer pays via Stripe. Funds are held in protected payment until the miles transfer is verified.
Chat & transfer
Buyer and seller coordinate the transfer inside a realtime chat with file uploads and status tracking.
Payout & review
After confirmation — or auto-release after 72 h — the seller is paid out and both sides leave a review. We keep a 10% marketplace fee — dropping to as low as 5% as your volume grows.
Resolution center for disputes
Both sides upload screenshots, proof of transfer and messages. Admins review and mark the case as completed, cancelled, resolved or refunded.
Three ways miles get delivered
Every listing has exactly one fulfillment type. It defines what you buy, which steps follow, and when the seller gets paid.
Reward ticket
You issue one specific award ticket (route, date, cabin, passengers) for the buyer.

In all three cases the total price is fixed before you buy — taxes, surcharges and transfer fees are already included. No extra charges afterwards, and payout is only released after confirmation.
