Payment through the payment provider
The buyer pays through checkout. Payment is processed securely by our payment provider and released only after successful delivery. Never pay outside the platform; a private transfer bypasses the intended protection.
Document and check delivery
Depending on the program, the seller delivers through an available transfer method or books an award ticket. Check ticket details, passenger names, route and conditions carefully. Keep agreements and evidence in the order flow so any disagreement can be reviewed.
If something is wrong
Report discrepancies promptly from the order page and use the available support and dispute process. Never share passwords or one-time codes, and do not confirm delivery you have not checked. The exact timing and any exceptions are described in the order terms.
