Buyer pays through protected checkout
Payment runs through our integrated payment provider — never held by MilesMarket.

Order status: Payment Received
The seller is notified as soon as the payment provider confirms the charge.

Seller transfers the miles
The seller delivers the miles to the buyer's loyalty account.

Buyer confirms receipt
The buyer taps Confirm Receipt — or Report a Problem to open a case.

Seller payout is released
On confirmation, the payment provider initiates the seller payout, minus our 5–10% marketplace fee.

Resolution center for disputes
Both sides upload screenshots, proof of transfer and messages. Admins review and mark the case as completed, cancelled, resolved or refunded.
