Good to know before selling
Is this my payout?
No. The check uses asking prices, not completed sales. You set your own price. Expected payout and estimated card-processing fees are shown before publishing; the actual fee may vary. Vouchers are not deducted from your proceeds.
Can every programme be transferred directly?
No. Depending on the programme, delivery uses an official transfer, a pool or a reward booking in the buyer's name. Programme rules, availability and restrictions still apply. Your listing shows the appropriate method.
When should I transfer the miles?
Only after MilesMarket confirms the order as paid. A conversation or expression of interest is not a secured payment. Payout is released after confirmed delivery; availability at Stripe and your bank depends on their processing.
Who pays additional transfer fees?
The buyer covers airline transfer fees; agree these in the order chat beforehand. Purchases below 10,000 points also incur a separate €20 transfer fee, except reward tickets.
